Interest: Texas State University has hired a consultant to help it with the launch of STAR Park, an incubator and research center. The university has hired Charles D’Agostino, executive director of the Louisiana Business & Technology Center and a Fulbright Specialists in Economic Development in Italy, to help it with the opening of STAR — short for Science, Technology and Advanced Research — this fall.
