Recent projections from RHT Consulting's analysis indicate, however, that, if current trends continue, we are at risk to lose our lead in 2019-2029 in Pharma. In medical device and diagnostics we could lose our leadership position in 15-25 years. In Biotech, we take the lead til the late 2030s. China and India are serious contenders in this race. The U.S. needs to break the mold and create a new standard for performance.
