We get approximately 14 per year. TechStart’s success is measured in several different ways: The number of companies formed, number that stay in business and the amount of follow on funding raised by these companies. Under TechStart, 32 projects were supported (and completed), and 23 companies were formed. Of the 23 companies, 18 are still in business. These companies have raised approximately $8M follow-on funding.
