Do I need to turn in Form 882 while I am waiting for the decision for option period before I get the Phase II award? We were invited to submit the phase II award.

Review your Phase I contract or contact the Contracting Officer of Phase I contract. Typically, the SBIR contract contains language that states when and where the Form 882 should be submitted.
