Do you recommend to use classes or jobs in QuickBookes, to track the receipts and expenses?

I’m not sure I understand your question. You must be able to separately identify and track each type of revenue and expense for each job or project. See slide 21 for an example of a project (job) cost report that classifies the revenue and expense items in the descriptions on the left, and provides the details for each of these revenue and expense items in the column for each separate project (NIH G#1, NIH G#2, etc).
