[Fraser, John] - Well, we will work on any start-up that comes to us. Together we work to evaluate chances of success. After mutual conversations we send those we think have a chance of success to GAP for evaluation and decision. Really, it is a crap shoot, as external factors (unknown at the time) can influence success. Honestly, at this point we do not have enough spinoff opportunities to hold much of a competition. Lots of judgment involved. Quantitative analysis is not the key – it helps, but is only a piece of a decision.
