Does FSU have any funding/support programs for start-ups (as opposed to spin-outs) other than business plan competition?

[Fraser, John] very ad-hoc at moment, but Entrepreneurial Excellence program – 8 nights for entrepreneurs in tryout mode – federal grant and run by Chamber of Commerce. Also Chempreneur program (now Capstone project for College of Business, Entrepreneur undergrads) where FSU faculty bring one of their grad students and a lab project and B’School add an entrepreneurship undergrad students and team spends 2 semesters to create a Commercialization Plan for possible implementation via a start-up
