Interest: Arch Grants, a St. Louis nonprofit, is approaching several Wisconsin universities and offering selected start-ups $50,000 and free support services for a year. The catch: They have to move to St. Louis. Arch Grants, founded three years ago by St. Louis attorney Jerry Schlichter, will choose 15 to 20 start-ups to receive the no-strings-attached $50,000 and free marketing, accounting, legal and other services.
